I didn't want to say goodbye and will be returning here soon. I stayed here 1 night and liked it. It had central location close to Gift Shop.

Overall it was amazingly comfortable with 2 double beds. The location was great, close to the shuttle stop.

deluxe hotel in an amazing location right next to the lake, helpful personal. units with air con. a huge variety of food available in the café. location near to flores as well as the center of tourist zone. nearby restaurante tipico imperio - great place to chill out. very pleasant stay, as always.

My 2 nights in Flores were perfectly pleasant. I booked reasonably spacious double room here with 2 double beds and air con. The staff were great and knew their area. The hotel was in the central setting to be close to the lake. It was also short walk to the shuttle stop, eateries and transportation and the center of the tourist zone.

The double room was extremely spacious with comfy beds, air con, as example and the location was absolutely perfect. Location: the hotel was so close to the lake at the pick up and the center of the tourist zone. It also was close to the shuttle stop.

We did n't have time, but we will be returning here soon. Liked our 1 night here. The bed was very clean, room was clean & huge. It was in the best possible location right next to the lake.

The hotel was located next to tour buses as well as the lake at the pick up and drop off point. Had central location close to everything. Besides, Jorge's Rope Swing was 7 km away from the property.

The hotel had a good value for the money we paid. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The noise from the main street was quite bothersome, especially early in the morning. The housekeeper used too much air freshener in the room, despite my request for her not to.

Nearby lake, friendly staff. Easy to find, walkable to restaurants and cafes. Warm showers with good water pressure. Air conditioning and fans in the bedroom. Cold drinking water available. Good security. Close to shuttle services for Tikal and Semuc Champey. Affordable and convenient.

During my stay at Hotel Petenchel, the location was absolutely fantastic. Being in the center of the tourist zone allowed me to easily explore the area and experience the vibrant atmosphere. The convenience of having shops, restaurants, and cafes within a short walk was a definite plus. Additionally, the shuttle stop being close by made transportation hassle-free.
